Is there a minimum order? No, you can order as little as 1 item but there is a delivery charge for orders under £30 (see Delivery section below)

You will first receive an automatic order acknowledgement email. When we have finished processing your order, we send you a second email. We only charge your card when your order is confirmed.

If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

We always welcome large orders! We would be very happy to give discounts for special orders. Don’t be shy – give us a call!

Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address. Goods must be examined; any discrepancy with your order, any damage or errors must be reported and logged on the driver’s ePOD device. Please call us if in doubt.

 

If you have given us an alternative address or instructions to leave your delivery at a safe place, our driver will do that but this means that we can no longer be held responsible for any loss, damage or mispicks.

 

Should we be unable to deliver we will try and deliver on the next available day. We might have to charge you the cost of re-delivering. This will be confirmed by email.

Delivery to most UK postcodes is free when you spend £30. Orders by 12pm are usually delivered the next working day in London and within the M25. We will confirm to you by email your delivery date once your order is processed. Deliveries to remote UK addresses and other counties take longer and may be charged by the case. Any additional cost will be calculated when you check out. Please contact us if you have any queries

If any item arrive damaged, please either refuse the delivery or note the damage with the driver before signing the ePod on his electronic device. Contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund for you or resend the order.
