Britix Return Policy

We really hope that your Britix purchase will satisfy you. However, if you need to return any item, just let us know within 28 days after delivery, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to refund or exchange it.

UNWANTED GOODS

Within 28 days after delivery, we are glad to offer you an exchange or refund for any items you feel are not what you wanted. Returning any item requires that it be unused, in its original packaging, with the original packing slip and a copy of the invoice (as proof of purchase). The items can be returned at no cost to you by using the pre-paid returns label that will be provided.

FAULTY GOODS

If you buy a product online and it turns out to be defective, we will either provide you a replacement product or a refund of your money, depending on the item.

BY POST

Britix cannot be held liable for any damage during mailing, therefore please use the original packaging if feasible and package your returns carefully.

– Please hold onto your proof of postage until we can confirm the processing of your refund.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

All of the items included in a “Buy One, Get One Free,” “Buy One, Get One Half Off,” “3 for 2,” or “Buy, Get a Free” promotion must be returned in order to receive a refund for items purchased online.

Since the pre-paid returns label, you may get from the aforementioned URL is completely trackable, you will be able to know when the package arrives at our office. We will send you an email to confirm that your package has been returned and the funds have been paid to your account once we have received your package and processed your item
